The Expo Area is right in the midst of our event space so there are not designated expo hours - it is recommended you staff your area from 8am - 5:30pm each day. You might consider opening your booth earlier on day one while attendees are registering beginning at 1pm on Sunday.
You will have a banquet table provided and linen upon request.
Your booth will have basic Wi-Fi access. If you need additional items (power drop, hard line, etc.) please reach out to AV
Your set-up can take place on Sunday, October 25th between 3pm - 6pm or Monday, October 26th between 6:30 - 7:30am.
Your booth should not be taken down until 5:00pm on Wednesday, October 28th and needs to be taken down by 10pm that night.
There is no printing office on-site at The Grand Hyatt
There is no parking validated.
There will be no swag bags. There will be prize cards you hand out each day; 5 a day. Plus one special card for the entirety of the event for someone who really stands out as socializing or helping others the most.
Note last day to sign up for Midway and make the slides is Aug 22. After that, it's best effort.
