Welcome Reception Room

Pick a room and run whatever you wish to during the welcome reception at MMS. You can sponsor one of these rooms and add your custom branding, share swag, special activities, etc. It's your first chance to meet attendees in style.

All attendees are encouraged and rewarded for visiting all rooms during the reception so they will be stopping by.

This is a social gathering time - no presentations, as attendees will roam between the different rooms.
