Jazz Edition is the 2nd edition of MMS in 2019. This edition runs just 3 days instead of 4 and will be held in New Orleans instead of Minneapolis. If you couldn't make our May event, this will fit the bill. If you're considering other conferences, this is certainly the most technical you'll see.
This slightly smaller MMS maintains most of the great things that makes MMS special:
You can, but that's not the intent. MMS will always provide fresh content at each event, however as the conferences are six months apart, you can expect some overlap in content from May to November (more than you would get annually). If you can attend only one event, it should be the full 4-day MMS in May. But if that is already full or you had a scheduling conflict, then this 3-Day Jazz Edition should help keep you current with IT changes as well as to make sure you are networking with peers and great speakers.
Here is what MMS 2019 sessions looked like. Based on a recent attendee survey for wanted sessions, Jazz session topics will be:
Just a block from Bourbon and Canal Streets in New Orleans, the Historic Hotel Monteleone has provided luxury and historic accommodations for travelers to New Orleans since 1886! Located just 30 minutes from the airport and inside the famous French Quarter, this hotel has it all including the famous Carousel Bar. MMS has bought out the entire event space at this hotel to make networking that much easier.
The official charity for MMS 2019 Jazz Edition is The National WWII Museum in New Orleans. We'll have a drop box for donations at the registration desk. MMS will raffle off a door buster ticket to MMS 2020 at MOA. Attendees showing to the museum will get $2 off if they show their badge when buying tickets on-site.
